Terms and Conditions
8Count Dance Studio is not liable for personal injuries sustained or any loss of, or damage to, personal  property whilst on the premises, or at any event, demonstration or otherwise, at any other location.

8Count Dance Studio aims to provide a safe environment to reduce the risk of injury. It should be recognised by all students, parents and guardians that dance by its very nature carries a risk of injury or accident.

It is the responsibility of parents or students to inform teachers of injuries or medical conditions prior to class.

First aid kits are available. We will not dispense any pain relief or medication to any students.

Students are supervised in class time only. For safety reasons students must be collected from inside the building. It is the responsibility of parents / guardians to ensure their student does not wait outside.

Term fees are to be paid in full by the invoice due date unless regular payments or other arrangements have been made with administration. If an invoice is incorrect in some way, please contact  monique8count@gmail.com or update your class enrolments. As we send correspondence and invoices by email (unless discussed otherwise), if you have not received your invoice within 2 weeks from start of term please make contact immediately.

Fees are to be paid by Cash, Cheque or Online Payment.

Term fees are calculated based on an 8 week term. A 10% administration and late charge will automatically become payable on all fees remaining unpaid at the due date unless regular payments or other arrangements have been made with administration.

All debt collection costs and charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Classes missed due to illness or absence will not be refunded or credited.

Classes cancelled by the studio will be made up or if this is not possible suitably credited onto the next terms account.

Once a dancer has enrolled and paid fees, there are no refunds given to dancers who change their mind or miss lessons.

Classes that fall on a Public Holidays will be made up during the first week of the following school holidays..

At all times, pupils are expected to respect the studio, teachers, studio rules and their fellow students.
All pupils and parents are expected to help with fundraising towards the studios end of year production if necessary or when fundraising is not scheduled pay the production fee requested or charged.

We prefer to send all communication via email and at the start of Term 1 we will be launching our very own 8Count Dance Studio app (we like to be green!) so please save monique8count@gmail.com to your email address book so our emails with attachments will be received. Please check your email regularly.
